We never really got around to mailing out a proper birth announcement for Scarlett. I wanted to and kept planning on sending one out, but life with 3 kids happened. I decided I would wait until she turned 1 and then send out something special. Thank you mom for desinging such a beautiful piece of art. I will be ordering this as a 20×30 canvas gallery wrap to hang in her bedroom.
It’s a rainy day and my kids are watching cartoons, waiting for the sun to come out. While they are busy watching OLIVIA I am trying to figure out this new blog. One thing is for sure, I won’t be anywhere near done when the cartoon ends. So, perhaps we’ll venture out in the rain for some fun jumping in puddles, doing what children love. Oh, and we must not forget…looking for all the big worms that are just waiting for a certain 3 year old boy to come out and play.
And because I hate to have a blog entry without photos, here are some pictures from our recent stay at La Quinta Resort in La Quinta, CA. It’s a beautiful place to stay with lots of land for the children to roam. As you can see in the photos, Scarlett really enjoyed practicing her new skill. Running! And Savannah loved chasing after her, as did William.
